Schedule Your Test

Please select the test type that best describes your needs. Our standard examination fee of $750 applies to tests conducted at our main facility on weekdays (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this scheduling application.

Under “Motive for booking polygraph session,” kindly describe the key reasons prompting you to pursue a polygraph test. This information enables our examiner to better understand your case and adapt the examination accordingly.

Please indicate your preferred scheduling for the polygraph assessment. Your selections will help us understand your ideal time frame for the examination. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate your chosen date and time, please note that these options aren’t guaranteed due to potential scheduling conflicts. We’ll do our best to work with your preferences when arranging your appointment.

We kindly request that you provide your preferred date for the examination. After you submit your choice, we’ll contact you to confirm the scheduled test slot. Please be aware that when booking your polygraph examination, there’s usually a 1 to 2 day waiting period. This delay is due to the high demand for our certified and qualified examiners, reflecting their busy schedules. We value your patience and understanding in this matter.
Our appointment schedule provides two main timeframes: before and after noon. Typically, examinations are set for 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 1:00 PM. We’ve designed this schedule with the examinee’s physiological condition in mind. Given that our tests involve human biological responses, optimal polygraph results require participants to be in a well-rested state, free from any signs of exhaustion. This approach aligns with best practices in lie detection, ensuring that examinees are at their peak physiological state during the test.
In case we can’t accommodate your primary selection, please offer an alternative date and time for your polygraph examination.

Please enter the details of the person responsible for booking and financing the polygraph test. This information helps us identify who to reach out to for all aspects of the service, including communication and billing.

The “Email” box is where you should input your electronic mail address. We’ll use this to deliver important messages, including your booking confirmation, preliminary assessment, and any other significant information regarding your scheduled session.
he “Phone” area is where you should input your contact number. Our examiner relies on this information to reach out and discuss the unique aspects of your case. This conversation serves to answer any queries you may have and to finalize your appointment details.

Thank you for submitting your booking information. The next step is to complete our preliminary evaluation, which helps us better assess your specific requirements. This area is allocated for data specific to the person undergoing the polygraph examination.

First, input the details of the individual undergoing the examination:

Please tell us how many people will be taking the lie detector test. It’s important to give us the right number of people who will be tested.

Health Assessment Form

We kindly request that you thoroughly review all sections of this document. Please ensure you comprehend each point fully. It’s important to note that certain medical conditions may disqualify some examinees from participating in the polygraph examination. In some cases, we may require written consent from a physician before proceeding with the test. If none apply, leave the fields blank and skip to the next section.

Customizing Your Examination Experience

Our client-focused approach includes inviting you to assist in formulating questions for your polygraph examination. This tailored approach ensures the examination effectively addresses your specific concerns and goals. Please note that this section is optional, and the final wording of the questions will be agreed upon in person on the testing date.

Tips for Developing Effective Questions:

  1. Clarity is Key: Craft straightforward, unambiguous inquiries to elicit clear-cut responses.
  2. Stick to Factual Inquiries: The most accurate results come from questions with definitive yes or no answers. Avoid queries based on opinions or subjective interpretations.
  3. Stay on Topic: Ensure each question directly relates to the core issue you’re investigating or the information you need to verify.
  4. One Concept per Question: Focus on a single topic in each inquiry. Combining multiple issues can compromise the test’s accuracy.

Our examination can accommodate between one and four key inquiries per session. You have the flexibility to propose up to four questions for your test. If you believe fewer questions sufficiently cover your concerns, there’s no obligation to use all available fields. Simply leave any unused question spaces blank.
