Booking Deposit for Polygraph Examination

To secure your appointment, a $250 booking deposit is required. This deposit guarantees your spot in our schedule and is deducted from the total cost of your examination.
How to Pay Your Deposit
To proceed with your booking, please click the button below, complete the scheduling application, and submit the $250 deposit online. Once your payment is confirmed, your spot on the polygraph testing calendar will be secured. We will contact you to confirm the exact date and time of your scheduled test.
Important Policies
Non-Refundable Deposit:
The $250 deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure your scheduled service. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling Policy:
- If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment time without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. This fee is in addition to your non-refundable deposit.
No Exceptions:
- Please note that there are no exceptions to our deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation policies, including medical or family emergencies. By placing your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
